North Korea: A New Threat In This Decade.

Americans have had many enemies through out history in the world but few have been seen as a legitimate threat to the United States. There was Russia and Japan in the 1940s and more recently, Iran. And as the new year approaches, America seems to have a new potential enemy, North Korea. North Korea is a Communist nation capable of launching a cross-continental nuclear strike with a passionate hatred towards a very prominent ally to the U.S., South Korea. With rising tension in the Middle East and in the aftermath of a presidential election, is the United States ready to tackle this new treat diplomatically? I would hope so. North Korea is a potential threat to the American way of life and should be treated with a delicate hand.

Korea has been testing out long range ballistic missiles and has failed until recently. They now have long range missiles as shown on Monday, December 10th, 2012's N.K. successful satellite launch. Find out more here: http://www.cbc.ca/news/world/story/2012/12/13/north-korea-rocket-satellite.html
